Following the Pyramid Garden and the camp site, a new camping area has been established with a "rental tent plan" only, where you can leave everything from installation to removal to us.
The new camping area is for "Rental Tent Plan" only, which includes everything from setting up to taking down the tent!
In addition, Campers are also available for rent!

- Any number of children 15 years of age or younger by July 28, 2024 may enter, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is using Camp Village Rental Camp. Due to the standard of the tents, 2-3 children (infants) can be accommodated in the tent. However, please note that there are no arrangements for additional basic facilities such as beds or blankets.

Please don't use the toilets and showers installed in the car but provided in the campervillage.
(There is a private restroom in the Camping Car area.) - No stoves or other fire are allowed.
- Camping Car cannot be moved or assigned to a specific location.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the car. When smoking, please use the designated smoking areas.

- [Camp Village] These tickets are for Camp Village only.
- [Camp Village] Tickets are valid from July 26th (Fri.) 9:00 to July 29th (Mon.) 11:00. Please note that this is different from the expiration dates of (regular)campsites, the MOON CARAVAN" and the PYRAMID GARDEN.
- Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and sales will end when the planned number of tickets is reached.
- [Camp Village] Tickets will be exchanged to wristbands at the entrance to Camp Village. You will not be able to enter the site with your ticket.
- [Camp Village] Camp Village has its own terms and conditions of use. Please be sure to read them in conjunction with the facility overview. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions.
- No refunds will be made in the event of any change in the operation of Camp Village due to the intention of the organizer.
- In addition to the ticket price, a ""Travel Service Handling Fee"" will be charged. This will be indicated as ""System Usage Fee"" on the ticket sales page. The ""over-the-counter ticketing fee"" is not included in the travel price.
- Cancellation fees will be incurred if you cancel on a date that is subject to cancellation regulations. Please be sure to confirm the cancellation policy at the time of application or cancellation.
- In the event that your stay is not possible due to force majeure such as inclement weather, we will refund the difference in the price of the unused portion of the stay. Please note that you will be responsible for any expenses (transportation and accommodation) incurred in the event of a change.
This ticket does not include admission and camp site tickets.

Exchange to Wristband
Please present your "Camp Village ticket" and "Camp Site ticket" at the Camp Village entrance located at the back of the Orange Cafe.
- You will exchange your wristband for a Camp Village wristband.
- You will not be allowed to enter the site with your ticket.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation after it has been completed, you may cancel this travel contract in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees will be determined by the accommodation facility.

General Notes
- [Camp Village] This ticket is for Camp Village only.
- [Camp Village] Tickets are valid from July 26th (Fri.) 9:00 to July 29th (Mon.) 11:00.No overnight stay is allowed on the eve of the festival(July 25).
Please note that the expiration date is different from that of regular camp sites, MOON CARAVAN and PYRAMID GARDEN. - The area of each stage from "GREEN STAGE" to "FIELD OF HEAVEN" will be closed after the last artist's live performance.
- [Camp Village] Wristband holders will be able to pass through between "OASIS" area and "Camp Village" after each stage closes, but not between 5:00 am and 9:00 am on each day.
- [Camp Village] Admission ticket and a campsite ticket are required to enter the Camp Village, in addition to the Camp Village ticket. (One person under 15 years old is admitted free as long as with guradian. Child must be 15 years old or younger by July 28, 2024｜Photo ID required)
- [Camp Village] is located at the far end of the "Orange Cafe" food area at the far end of the "Fuji Rock" venue. The ground is artificial turf and there is no slope.
- Camp Village wristbands can be used to board the FUJI ROCK go round departing from ORANGE CAFE.
(Please note that this service is not available from other boarding areas. ) - Please be sure to take your camping equipment home with you.
- [Camp Village] Restrooms and showers will be set up exclusively for users of the Camp Village. Please note that you may have to wait in line depending on the time of day. Please understand this in advance.
- [Camp Village] Wristbands will be exchanged at the entrance of Camp Village. The representative will be asked to fill out the guest record when exchanging wristbands.
- [Camp Village] Transfer or resale of wristbands is prohibited.
- [Camp Village] has its own terms and conditions. Please be sure to read them in conjunction with the facility overview. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions.
- The organizer and venue are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur at [Camp Village].
- If you remove your wristband or lose it while in the venue, you will be asked to leave or purchase another one
Parental Consent Form for Minor Guests Participating in the Trip
When a minor (15 years of age or older) alone participates in a tour without a person with parental authority, the consent of the person with parental authority is required. Even if an adult person other than a person with parental authority (e.g., grandparent, aunt/uncle) accompanies a minor under 15 years of age, a parental authority consent form is still required.
