  • * If advance tickets sell out, there will be no same-day ticket sales.
  • * Updates on same-day ticket sales will be posted on the official X account as needed.
  • * The "Advance Ticket with Merchandise & Café Access" guarantees priority use of the Nijisanji Fes Exhibition collaboration café. Please present the café ticket stub upon entry.
  • * Exhibition content, merchandise, and café menu items may vary by event period.
  • * During busy times, guests will be guided in the order of arrival.
  • * For May admission, priority will be given to those who purchased tickets through the advance lottery sale for a specific date and time, and who arrive at the designated time.
    Please note that even if you have a ticket from the advance lottery sale, we cannot offer priority entry if you arrive outside of your assigned time.
  • * Tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable.
  • * There is no time limit on your stay.
  • * No disability discounts are available. Caregivers or wheelchair assistants must also purchase a ticket.
  • * Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep them safe until the event ends.
  • * Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Any tickets found on auction or resale sites will be void.
  • * The event organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from purchasing resold tickets.
  • * No refunds or changes will be made due to natural disasters, transportation issues, or delays.
